LANGLEY, MRS. VIRGINIA A. - age 82, Harriman,
LANGLEY, MRS. VIRGINIA A. - age 82, Harriman, passed away Monday morning
September 13. 2004 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. She was a member of the
Oakdale Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Charlie
Langley; one son, Richard Langely; her parents, John and Mary Cooper Vance; three
brothers, Buck, Kirkland and Carl; one sister, Charlene Hurst; step-brother,
Louis Vance and step-sister, Valley Vance. She is survived by one daughter and
son-in-law, Barbara and Don Wright; seven grandchildren, Richie, Star and
Missy Langley, Rusty Kelly, Becky Richardson, Louie and Nikki Hicks; 4 step-
grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 7 step-great grandchildren; special
friends, Virginia and Will Hadley; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family
and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening September 14, 2004
from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will
follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. David Johnson officiating. Graveside services will
be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 pm in the Roane Memorial Gardens.
