GARY, WILMA IRENE - age 87 of Harriman
PARDUE, EDNA MAE SEIBER - 91, of Clinton
GARY, WILMA IRENE - age 87 of Harriman passed away Friday July 23, 2004 at
her home. She was a member of the Lawnville Road Church of Christ. Preceded in
death by her husband Walt Gary. Survivors include: daughter and son in law,
Laura and Jim Waldron of Crossville; son and daughter in law, Jim and Johnnie
Gary of Oak Ridge; sisters, Marie and Thelma Dean; brothers, J. L., Frank, Billy,
and Toby all of Hamilton County; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
Funeral 3pm Sunday July 25, 2004 in the Kyker Chapel with Danny Nunn and Rob
Sparks officiating. Burial 5:30pm Sunday at Shelton Cemetery in Hamilton County.
The family will receive friends from 2 until 3pm Sunday at the Kyker Funeral

PARDUE, EDNA MAE SEIBER - 91, of Clinton passed away Friday, July 23, 2004.
She was born April 19, 1913 to the late Charles Petrey Seiber and Maude Carter
Seiber Miller. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Clinton, since 1981.
She previously was the first organist of Second Baptist Church, Clinton, and
served in that capacity nearly 40 years. She also served as a Sunday school
teacher, superintendent of the junior department, training union director,
president of the Women's Missionary Union and was chosen Outstanding Senior Adult in
1979. She owned and operated Clinton Beauty Shop on Market Street and was a
member of the Clinton Business and Professional Women's Club. She was past
Matron of Eastern Star Clinton 193 OES in 1981. She was Noble Grand in 1983 and
received a 50-year pin from the Harriet Rebekah Lodge No. 52. She was organist
and member of the Peace Court No. 10 Order of the Amaranths and White Shrine of
Jerusalem. She loved cocker spaniel puppies, kittens, piano and organ music,
growing and arranging flowers, and special dinners. She was preceded in death
by her husband of 54 years, Charlie F. Pardue in 1988; and her sister, Marie
Seiber Reed in 1973. Survivors include several nieces and nephews, and faithful
friends including Emma Seymour and Margie and Eddie McCarter. Friends will be
received from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 25; followed by a memorial
service at 2 p.m. at Holley-Gamble Chapel, Clinton; and burial at Woodhaven Memory
Gardens., with Rev. Hershel Barrington officiating.
