BARNES, BONNIE RICKETTE - age 73, of Clinton,
CURNUTT, LILLIAN BEETS - age 84, of Jacksboro,
LAWSON, RUBY BELL - age 84, formerly of Fountain City,

BARNES, BONNIE RICKETTE - age 73, of Clinton, passed away Sunday, September
1, 2002, at Mariner Health Care. Preceded in death by husband, James Barnes;
parents, George and Lou Vernia Rickette; brothers, LeLand, Charlie, Tom and
David Rickette; grandson, Greg Chastain; niece, Gail Coleman and Paula Gail
Moore. Born November 13, 1928, in West Virginia. Survivors: daughter, Regina
Stovall and husband, Garry of Lakeland, Fla.; son, Dave Barnes and wife,
Terry of Okeechobee, Fla.; five grandchildren; two great- grandchildren;
sisters, Ocie Daugherty of LaFollette, Racie Wilson and husband, Everett of
Wartburg, Faye Carter of Clinton, Ruth Binkley of Plant City, Fla., and Pat
Bullock and husband, Kyle of Wartburg, and several nieces and nephews. The
family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2002, at
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday at Holley- Gamble Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Condon
officiating. The interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Garden.
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home, in Clinton, in charge of all arrangements.

CURNUTT, LILLIAN BEETS - age 84, of Jacksboro, passed away Sunday, September
1, 2002, at her residence. She was a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church in
LaFollette. Preceded in death by parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Beets; husband,
Claude Curnutt; brothers, Roney, Olen, George, Gene and Edward Beets;
sisters, Reva Leinart, Ocea Graham and Clara Pemberton. Born August 23, 1918,
in Anderson County. Survivors: daughters, Clara Dison and husband, Clarence,
Jr. of Jacksboro, and Betty Lou Carrier and husband, Herman of Bluff City;
sister, Mary Margaret McKamey of Dalton, Ga.; five grandchildren; 10
great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren, and sisters-in-law, Mary
Evelyn Beets and Hazel Beets. The family will receive friends 2:00-3:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, September 4, 2002, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with funeral
services following in the Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Arnold officiating. The
interment will follow at Sinking Springs Cemetery. The family has requested
memorials be made to Pairs & Spares Sunday School Class at Cedar Hill Baptist
Church, 636 Demory Rd., LaFollette, TN 37766. Holley Gamble Funeral Home, in
Clinton, in charge of all arrangements.

LAWSON, RUBY BELL - age 84, formerly of Fountain City, passed away September
1, 2002 at Mariner Health Care in Norris. Retired from Standard Knitting
Mills Finish Department, Hankins, Cuff, with 42 years service. Preceded in
death by brothers, Fred, Dexter, Raymond, & Carl Lawson; sister, Janet
Thornton. Survivors: sister in law, Lois Lawson; nieces & nephews. Family &
friends will meet 8:45 a.m. Wednesday for a 9 a.m. graveside service at
Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Rev. Larry Ridenour officiating. The family will
receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Mynatt's.
