CRISP, WILLIAM T. "BILL", SR. - age 54, a resident of Oliver Springs,

CRISP, WILLIAM T. "BILL", SR. - age 54, a resident of Oliver Springs, passed
away Tuesday, August 20, 2002, at his home. Mr. Crisp was preceded in death
by his parents, Sherman Troy Crisp and Irona Elizabeth McCall Crisp.
Survivors: wife of 35 years, Virginia Duggins Crisp of Oliver Springs; sons,
Troy Crisp of Oliver Springs, and Tim Crisp and wife, Tracy of Oliver
Springs; grandchildren, Kayla Crisp of Oliver Springs and Logan Crisp of
Oliver Springs; brother, Robert S. Crisp and wife, Mary Ann of San Antonio,
Texas; sisters, Ida Mae Seneker and husband, Rev. Clay Seneker of Soddy
Daisy, Tenn., Shirley Ann Brown and husband, James S. Brown of Chattanooga,
Tenn., Betty S. Fisher and husband, Dennis Fisher of Oak Ridge. He is also
survived by a host of special friends. Mr. Crisp was born May 23, 1948, in
Brevard, North Carolina. He moved to Oliver Springs in 1955. Mr. Crisp was a
devoted Christian, and a U. S. Air Force Veteran, serving his country in
Vietnam. Mr. Crisp worked as a banker at Union Peoples Bank, First American
Bank, and the Bank of Oak Ridge. He also founded, owned, and operated Crisp
and Associates Barrier Design Group. The family will receive friends
Wednesday, August 21, 2002, between the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. at Sharp
Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 22, 2002, at
1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sharp Funeral Home with Rev. Steve McDonald and
Rev. Clay Seneker officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial
Gardens. Sharp Funeral Home, is in charge of the arrangements.
