I am not sure if this information helps you or not. I show in some of the paperwork I have that in the CD-Roms for World Family Tree- Volume 36 #0193 Dicie Mefford mar. Fletcher Lough b 1897 TN d 1945. I thought you might want to note the spelling difference of Lowe/Lough. Hope this helps in your research.
