I am researching my Nicholson line which descends from Jacob Nicholson who
was married to Frances Stanfield. Jacob was born 1792 in North Carolina and
died 1856 in Whitley County, Kentucky.

Would love to correspond with anyone that might be researching these lines.

One thing that I am not clear about is Clearfork. Fleming Nicholson (son of
Jacob Nicholson) has children born while living in Clearfork but it is listed
on Laurel County Kentucky page. Is Clearfork in KY or TN? Are there
two.....one in each state?
