BAIRD, SALLY PERKINS - age 78, of Knoxville, died Thursday, October 11, 2001.
She was a member of Kim Watt Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband,
David Lee Baird; son, Frank Baird. Survivors: children, Jean Loveday and
husband, Larry, June Wyrich and husband, Rick, Rev. Troy Baird and wife,
Kathy all of Knoxville, Brenda Rector and husband, Dallas, Jackie Prince and
husband, David of Nashville; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren;
sister, Stella Mae and husband, Clarence McCarter of Knoxville; brother,
Wesley Perkins of Campbell County; several nieces and nephews. The family
would like to thank the physicians and nurses at Fort Sanders Parkwest
Hospital Medical Central and the nurses and CNA's at Farrgut Healthcare
Center. Funeral service will be held 7:30 p.m. Friday at Rose Mortuary Mann
Heritage Chapel with Rev. Fred McGill and Rev. Joseph Ballinger officiating.
Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Saturday at Highland Memorial
Cemetery for an 11 a.m. interment service. The family will receive friends
6-7:30 p.m. Friday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.

WEBBER, MICHAEL WILLIAM - age 44, of Anderson County, passed away Wednesday,
October 10, 2001, in Clinton. He was born May 13, 1957, in Knoxville, and was
the youngest of five children born to the late Clarence W. Webber and the
late Nilde A. Webber. In addition to his parents, Mr. Webber is preceded in
death by his former wife, Janet Webber; grandmother, Clela R. Webber;
brother-in-law, James A. McGhee, and former mother-in-law, Wanda L. Pitts. He
professed his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized
at Temple Baptist Church in Powell approximately ten years ago. Survivors:
sons, Keith Pitts and wife, Marsha of Clinton, and Jason M. Webber of
Claxton; daughter, Casey L. Webber of Lake City; beloved grandson, Connor
Nathaniel Webber of Lake City; step mother, Wanell M. Bland of Oak Ridge;
sisters, Claudia Castleberry and husband, Wayne of Kingston, and Carmen Jones
and husband, Chuck of Oliver Springs; brothers, Patrick Webber and wife,
Cathy of Powell, and John Webber and wife, Delene of Knoxville; step
brothers, Lonnie Johnson and wife, Pat of Hendersonville, and Donald Johnson
and wife, Maria of Oak Ridge; and nieces and nephews, Angela McGhee, Chuck
Jones, Vince Jones, Alex Webber and Sarah Webber. The family will receive
friends 1-3 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2001, at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in
Clinton with funeral service following at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Holley-Gamble
Funeral Home, of Clinton, in charge of all arrangements.

WILSHIRE, MICHAEL RAY - age 46, of Clinton, passed away Thursday, October 11,
2001, at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was a member of
Pleasant View Baptist Church. He was a former employee of Rust Engineering in
Oak Ridge at the Y-12 Plant. Preceded in death by parents, Homer and Offie
Kennedy Wilshire. Mr. Wilshire was born February 21, 1955, in Anderson
County. Survivors: wife of 19 years, Melissa "Lisa" Long Wilshire of Clinton;
daughters, Tracy Ann Wilshire of Clinton, and Heather Marie Wilshire of
Clinton; son, Charles Ray Wilshire of Clinton; brothers, Jack Edward "Leon"
Wilshire and wife, Janie of Lake Station, Ind., and James Edward "Joe"
Wilshire and wife, Marilyn of Lake Station, Ind.; sisters, Ernestine "Tina"
Golden and husband Donald of Clinton, Mary Ann Phillips of Clinton, Edna Inez
Wiggins and husband George of Huntsville, Ala., and Alma Sue Wilshire of
Clinton, and a host of special friends and other family members. The family
will receive friends 1-3 p.m. Sunday, October 14, 2001, at Holley-Gamble
Funeral Home in Clinton with funeral service following at 3 p.m. in the
chapel with Rev. Donnie Disney officiating. Interment will follow the service
at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Clinton. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home, of
Clinton, in charge of all arrangements.
