Does someone have info (any!) on the following (W)right men of TN: Reason and William A. Wright of Virginia. I am seeking info most especially on their parents, where they were from originally in Virginia, where they lived in KY, etc.

1840 Campbell Co. TN Census: Reason Right

Reason (w)Right=mentioned in "Land of the Lake" (pg. 35, paragraph 6) as living near Baker's Forge in 1836. He appears on the 1840 census list near Robert Housely of that area but not in the 1830 Campbell Co. census or on the 1838 Campbell Co. tax roll.

This William Right is found in the 1850 Campbell Co. census living NEXT DOOR to Robert Housley:

MY James was hired out to Laban Sharp in 1850 at the age of 19 and was found in Laban's household in 1850. According to a land/deed record, William died around 1859 and the above family sold his land to a Thomas Gray. IN the deed is recorded an heir by the name of William A. Wright...he was found in the 1850 census age 25, a farmer from Tn, living next door to Aaron Malicoat and John Housley. This William the younger married Sarah Chapman later in the year 1850. He was then found living within the Wright family group cluster in 1860 just before they sold the land to Thomas Gray and he states he was from VA and his children were from VA. The names of his children are: Elizabeth Isabella; William Thomas; Susannah; Henry; Robert

The reason I am interested in Reason (pardon the pun) (w)Right is his location in 1836 living next door to Robert Housley as that's where my William (w)Right eventually lived according to the census AND the land/deed document. Ironically, another connection to Robert Housley is this: David Wright, son of Wm., married Nancy Comer who eventually married Robert Housley after Robert's wife Sarah died in the 1880s. Jesse Wright married Dorthula Malicoat, sister to Aaron Malicoat. Eliza married James McCully. Susan married Fanteroy R. Malicoat (brother ot Dorthula). Ephariam married Eliza Jane Pittman. My James married Margaret Catherine M. Wilson, daughter of Sarah Flemming Campbell (stepdaughter of Henry Wilson).

I have "theorized" a kind of migratory pattern for this family. They started in Virginia perhaps by birth, moved to North Carolina (perhaps shortly after the Revolutionary War), then migrated to Kentucky for a time, then eventually moved to Campbell County, Tennessee after 1835. William does not appear in any tax records before 1838 and I am not sure about Reason Right as yet although he's not listed in the 1838 tax rolls for Campbell Co. According to my gg-grandmother's deposition, James and his father came down from KY (but she is not sure where) when James was a young boy (he was born March 1831) so her words add weight to my theory.

If anyone could give me any info or leads about these two men, I would sure appreciate it!
