You have just stirred my interest. Having read your post on Chapman, I
recalled that my 2nd g-grandmother, Melcena LEINART, had an older sister,
Marlena LEINART (b. 1854) who married Archabel CHAPMAN. Their children were
Samuel, b. 1877; James O., b. 1883; Josie, b. 1886; Charles, b. 1887; Effie,
b. 1888; William H., b. 1891, and Jacob E., b. 1894. This is in Anderson
County. But, would Archabel CHAPMAN have any relation to your CHAPMAN line?
