According to the Sistler Listing of Marriages in Campbell County from 1838-1881.
A.B. Lindsay first married Martha Lindsay 7-9-1847. The only other marriage
that I see for him there is to Marthey Gross on 7-12-1865. I do not see
a marriage of a Martha Whitman to a Lindsay on the listing. That is not
to say that there was not one. The only Whitman marriage in that time frame
was of a Kesiah Whitman to Bartholomew Neal in 1840.
