WALLACE, STELLA SHARP - age 95 of Andersonville passed away Friday, April 27,
2001, at Mariner Healthcare of Norris. She was a member of "Old" Macedonia
Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by first husband, R. Wayne Sharp and
second husband, Elbert Wallace; daughter, Marie Turner; stepchildren, Henry
Wallace, Oma McCoy, Ulysses Wallace, & Gertrude Sharp. Survivors are sons,
James T. Sharp of Clinton, Robert Sharp and wife Lois of Knoxville, Elbert
Wallace & wife, Gwen of Winter Park, Fla.; granddaughters, Charlene Hobbs of
Concord, Pamela Hamby of Clinton, Theresa Williams of Knoxville, Melissa
Wichman of London, England, Jennifer Wallace of Winter Park, Fla.; one
grandson, Anthony Sharp of Knoxville; four great grandchildren; & four
great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. with
funeral services immediately following in the chapel, with the Rev. Paul
Adcock officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Monday April 30,
2001 for graveside services. Anderson County Funeral Home in Clinton is in
charge of arrangements.
