CAMPBELL, WILLIE EDNA - age 92 of Oak Ridge died Friday April 20, 2001 at
Life Care Center of Wartburg. She was born October 19, 1908 in Harriman,
Tenn., daughter of Israel and Vanna Wise Lawson. Homemaker and member of
Bible Way Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Casto Albert Campbell
in 1971; by 4 children, Allen Campbell, Jack Campbell Oneeda Harbin and
Shirley Wolfe; and by several brothers and sisters. She is survived by sons,
A.C. Campbell and wife Jean of Oliver Springs and Isaac Campbell of Oak
Ridge; daughters, Edna Clabough and husband, Roy, Geraldine Perritt and
husband, Charles,, and Linda Bailey and husband, Dan, all of Knoxville and
several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A graveside service will be
held on Monday April 23, 2001 at 11 a.m. at Anderson Memorial Gardens with
Dr. Steve McDonald officiating. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's
Assoc. 600 Henley Street, Suite #50 Knoxville, Tenn. 37902. Weatherford
Mortuary in charge of the arrangements.
PARSONS, CAROLYN - age 60 of Clinton, passed away Friday, April 20, 2001 at
her residence. She was a member of the Tennessee Hollow Baptist Church. She
was a loving mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed. She was
preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth & Faye Stonecipher Hayes.
Survivors: daughters, Pamela Parsons Rainey & husband, Wesley, of Caryville,
Lesa Parsons of Los Angeles, Calif., Karan Parsons of Clinton; sons, Jeffrey
Knight & wife, Barbara of Andersonville, Allen Parsons of Clinton; sisters,
Peggy Weatherford & husband, Warren of White Pine, Tenn., Brenda Huckaby &
husband, Harold of Clark Range, Tenn., Gail Seiber & husband, Archie of Lake
City, Kendra Fox of Powell; brothers, Dave Hayes & wife, Marie of Dearborne
Heights, Mich., Jim Hayes & wife, Winfrey of Briceville, Gary Hayes of
Briceville, Kenneth Hayes & wife, Melissa of Briceville; grandchildren,
Stacey, Ashley, Melissa, Adam, Brandy, and Kaylan. The family will receive
friends, Sunday April 22, 2001 from 6-9 p.m. at the Holley-Gamble Funeral
Home in Lake City. Funeral services will be Monday April 23, 2001 at 3 p.m.
at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Archie Seiber
officiating. Interment will follow at Circle Cemetery in Briceville.

TEAGUE, GLENN E. - age 76 of Jacksboro, passed away Saturday morning April
21, at St. Mary's of Campbell Co. He was a member of Jacksboro First Baptist
Church, Jacksboro Masonic Lodge #322 F&AM, Army veteran of W.W.II. He worked
at Ellison Sanitary Supply for 43 years before his retirement. Preceded in
death by wife, Louse Mariner Teague. Survivors: son, Terry Lynn Teague,
Jacksboro; grandsons, Terry Lynn Teague, Jr. & Christopher Teague, Knoxville;
brother & sister in law, Kenneth & Jackie Teague, Jacksboro; several nieces &
nephews. Funeral service 8:30 p.m. Sunday Cross Chapel Dr. Charles Parker
officiating
