I am looking for information on Silas Perkins. He was born August 1899
to ?? Perkins and Dosia or Docia Webb. Silas and Dosia are found in the
household of her father and mother John M. Webb and Anliza Marietta Hembree
Webb in the 1900 Census of Whitley County Ky., West Pine Knot Precinct.
At that time Dosia was 17 years old and had been married to ?? Perkins
for 1 yr. Does your research of the Perkins that left Campbell Co. Tn connect
to these Perkins and Webbs? In the 1910 Whitley County Soundex. Silas Perkins
is 9 years old and living with his grandparents, the Webbs. According to
the census of 1900 it states that both of Silas's parents were born in
Ky.
