Any other family members out there want to get in on this search, jump
right in. I have researched the McKiddy family line for several years,
seems as we all are having the same problem. WHO WAS WILLIAM MCKIDDY'S
PARENTS?? Wiliam was born abt. 1835/40 in Tn. First time I found him in
1860 Whitley Co. Ky. census, he was listed as age 20, wife #1 Elizabeth
Harp age 20 and daughter Mary Jane, age 6 mos. Thier other children were
Wymer, who married Mary/Polly Rose, James Asbury, who married wife # 1,
Lucinda ? and wife # 2, Elizabeth Bennett. William married wife # 2 Mary
Ann Pennington in 1870 in Whitley Co. Ky. They had these children, Martha
Emiline, Nancy Ellen, Dora Rachel, Green Franklin, Isham/Isom L. I do not
know where in Tn. Wiliam was born or who his parents were.
Some one out there some place must know something about this man, he is
our missing link. PLEASE HELP. Thanks.
