JAMES HARVEY HUDDLESTON, 60, of Williamsburg, Kentucky, died Tuesday, August
1 at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, Kentucky.
He is survived by; wife, Yula Huddleston; sons, Michael Ray Huddleston of
Williamsburg, and Kenneth Harvey Huddleston of Cane Creek, Kentucky;
daughter, Rebecca Jo Huddleston of Williamsburg; grandchildren, Anthony
Carroll, Dustin Rose, Michael Glenn Huddleston, Alan Wade Huddleston, Tiffany
Michelle Huddleston, and Katelin Rena Huddleston; brothers, R. B. Huddleston
of Uricksville, Ohio, Larry Huddleston of Salem, Ohio, Earl Huddleston of
Sukey Hollow, Kentucky, and Teddy Huddleston, and Ricky Huddleston, both of
Atlanta, Missouri; and sisters, Nancy Mills, and Marilyn Draper, both of
Atlanta, Missouri, and Wanda Faye Fuston of Sukey Hollow, Kentucky; and a
host of relatives and friends.

NANCY LUCILLE KITTS JONES, 88, of LaFollette, died Monday, August 7 at
LaFollette Medical Center. she was of the Holiness faith.
She was preceded in death by; daughter, Dorothy Bowling; son, Franklin D.
Jones; parents, Elbert and Ollie Kitts; brothers, John, Jim, Siler, Pete, and
Rose Kitts; and sisters, Nettie Hoover, Lula Bowling, and Melvina Malicoat.
Survivors; daughters, Willia Pollard of Watertown, Tennessee, Mary Ivey of
LaFollette, Viola Lasure of Caryville, and Betty Self of Cookeville,
Tennessee; sons, Joseph E. Jones of New Jersey, and Matthew Jones of Florida;
twenty-two grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; three
great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and
friends.
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday), August 10 at 2 p.m. at
Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Kitts Cemetery.

FANNIE LAURE MILLER, 87, of Lake City, died Monday, August 7 at Methodist
Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by; husband, Harvey Miller; and special friend,
Mabel Miles. Survivors include; son, Johnny Lee Miller, Sr. of Lake City
grandchildren, Michelle Willis, and Theresa Lynn Satterfield, both of
Knoxville, Johnny Lee Miller, Jr. of Clinton, Sherry Lee Miller of Powell,
and Christy Michelle Brannon; eight great-grandchildren; special friends,
Mary, Lena, Pam, Mitch, and Sammy; several nieces and nephews; and many
friends.
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday), August 10 at 8 p.m. at the
Cox-Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at 11 a.m. Friday,
August 11 in Sulpher Springs Cemetery.

MARY LEE OSBORNE, 81, of Jellico, died Wednesday, August 2 at Methodist
Medical Center in Oak Ridge.
She was preceded in death by; parents, Johnny and Cindy Lou Pennington; and
daughter, JoAnn Cox. Survivors include; sons, Elie Pennington of Eagan, and
Ray Pennington of Detroit, Michigan; daughters, Frances King of Jellico, and
Alffie Bowman of Clairfield; brothers, Ed King of Tazewell, and James
Pennington of Apopka, Florida; sisters, Pearlie Pennington of Jellico, and
Gracie Rookard of LaFollette; twenty-five grandchildren; several
great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and a host of
relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 5 at New Rock Creek Freewill
Baptist Church with Rev. Floyd King officiating. Interment followed in Bowman
Cemetery. Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.

DELL C. REED, 84, of Lake City, died Friday, August 4 at his home. He
attended the Island Ford Baptist Church. He was retired from Y-12 in Oak
Ridge with after 37 years.
He was preceded in death by; parents, James Franklin and Mary Jane Lindsay
Reed; first wife, Mabel Hatmaker Reed; daughters, Brenda Sue Reed, and an
infant daughter. Survivors include; wife, Ada Daugherty Reed; daughters,
Linda Woods of Clinton, Wilma Thompson of Cherry Bottom, and Geraldine Snow
of Jacksboro; son, Gary Reed of Jacksboro; step-children, Sylvia Roach of
Clinton, Mary Ellison, Joe, Dorothy, and Bill Halcomb, all of Lake City,
Clyde Burris, Jr. of Briceville, and Tommy Burris of Andersonville; sister,
Vivian Richardson of Jacksboro; half-sister, Ruth Eden of Springfield; eleven
grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and
friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, August 7 at Macedonia Baptist Church with
Rev. Charles Harness, Paul Hunley, and Bill Hicks officiating. Interment
followed in Macedonia Cemetery in Jacksboro. Cox-Martin Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.

SARA ANN REYNOLDS, 56, of Jacksboro, died Thursday, Aug. 3 at LaFollette
Medical Center. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by; parents, Arnold Joseph and Sara Lackey Stanze;
sister, Vivian Howard; and twin sister, Sandra Stanze. Survivors include;
husband, Randall Reynolds; sons, Michael Caudill of Jacksboro, Jeffrey
Caudill of Kettering of Ohio, Randall Reynolds, Jr. of Delrio, Tennessee, and
Richard Reynolds of Zanesville, Ohio; daughter, Robin McOnnely of Zanesville,
Ohio; brother, Joseph Stanze of Miamisburg, Ohio; sisters; Alice Hargrove of
Riverside, California, Nancy Morgan of Kodak, Tennessee, and Martha Doyle of
Fairborn, Ohio; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of
relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Sunday, August 6 at Macedonia Baptist Church with
Rev. Paul Hunley, Rev. Bobby Ray Wilson, and Rev. Bill Hicks officiating.
Interment followed in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Martin Wilson
Funeral Home of LaFollette in charge of arrangements.

WILLARD SEXTON, 85, of Jellico died Sunday, August 6 at Oak Ridge Methodist
Medical Center. He was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church in
Jellico, a WWII Veteran, and a member of Jellico Lodge #527 F&AM. He was a
retired postal worker.
He was preceded in death by; parents, John and Ida Potter Sexton; and sister,
Ruth West. Survivors include; wife, Grace Baird Sexton; daughter, Debra Lynn
Freeman of Knoxville; grandchildren, Eric, Kristen, and Justen Freeman, all
of Knoxville; sisters, May McGlothin, Hazel Yancey, and Grace Trammell, all
of Oliver Springs.
Masonic services were held Wednesday, August 9 at First Baptist Church,
Jellico, conducted by Jellico Lodge #527 F&AM followed by funeral services
with Rev. Garland Young officiating. Interment followed Thursday, August 10
in Jellico Cemetery with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may
be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund. Cox & Son Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.

ANDREW STIDHAM, 76, of LaFollette, died Wednesday, August 2 at LaFollette
Medical Center. He was a member of Fundamental Missionary Baptist Church and
had served as Deacon for over 30 years.
He was preceded in death by; parents, John and Lillie Campbell Stidham;
sisters, Mary Dell, Mollie Dell, and Laura Dell; and brothers, Dutch, Dudley,
George, Fillmore, John, Jr., and Robert. Survivors include; wife, Kathlene
Stidham of LaFollette; sons, Darry Ray Stidham of Middletown, Ohio, Jerry
Lynn Stidham, and Roger Dale Stidham, both of LaFollette; sisters, Cordia,
Layrug, Edna, Morrel, Cassie, Malta, Sarah, Frances, Ruby, Loretta, and
Doshia, all of Kentucky; brothers, Edgar, Marcus, and Grover, all of
Kentucky; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and
nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Sunday, August 6 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Larry Russell officiating. Interment followed in Bakers
Forge Cemetery.
MAFFIE WILLIAMSON, 76, of LaFollette, died Sunday, August 6 at LaFollette
Medical Center. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by; husband, Mack Williamson; sons, Mack
Williamson, Jr., and Jerry Wayne Williamson; daughter, Irene Williamson;
parents, John and Laura Shoffner Stanford; brothers, Kenneth Stanford, and
Edward Stanford; and sisters, Imogene Beeler, and Nettie Davis. Survivors
include; sons, Glen Williamson, and Charles Williamson, both of LaFollette,
and Gene Williamson of New Tazewell, Lois Gibson, Agnus Gibson, Stella
Rogers, Lavon Petree, and Jewell Chapman, all of LaFollette, and Mary Hembree
of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren; several
nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 9 at Pleasant Ridge Baptist
Church with Rev. LeRoy Braden and Rev. Ronnie Freeman officiating. Interment
followed in Sunrise Cemetery. Martin Wilson Funeral Home of LaFollette.
