I am researching the McKiddy Family Line, have ran into several brick
walls. Need help finding who the parents of William McKiddy, born abt.
1840. He married wife # 1, Elizabeth Harp born abt. 1840. They had 3
children, Mary Jane, Wymer, and James Asbery McKiddy. I found William,
Elizabeth, and Mary Jane in the 1860 Whitley Co. Ky. Census for the
first time, prior to 1860, we know nothing about William & Elizabeth
and this is our ggg grandparents. Can someone please help me here. Info.
on any of the McKiddy's, 17 & 1800"s will be greatfully apperciated.
Anything on the family of John & China (Rose) McKiddy and the children
listed with them in the Whitley Co. Ky. census 1850/60 will also be
helpful.

You may find the surname spelled several diffrent ways
