here is what I have from the census records of Campbell Co., TN. Any of
which may be related.

Edward SMITH born between 1810 and 1820. He had 5 male children between 3
and 20 years old and 1 daughter between 10 and 15 years old plus another
female in the household between 20 and 30 years old. His wife was also born
between 1810 and 1820. (From the 1840 TN Census)

Edward SMITH born ABT 1815 in TN. Wife`s name was Euphane born abt 1820.
Children were: George b. abt 1839 in TN, Susannah b. abt 1840 in TN, Mary b.
abt 1843 in TN, John b. abt 1846 in TN, Frederick b. abt 1847 in TN, Calvin
b. abt 1853 in TN, Nancy J. b. abt 1855 in TN, Redden b. abt 1859 in TN.

Franklin M. SMITH b. abt 1812 in TN. Wife Elisabeth b. abt 1823 in VA.
Children: Thomas b. abt 1835 in TN, Robert b. abt 1840 in TN, William b. abt
1843 in TN, Sarah Catherine b. abt 1845 in TN, Margaret b. abt 1847 in TN,
Mary M. b. abt 1849 in TN, David B. b. abt 1851 in TN, Horace H. b. abt 1853
in TN, Isabella C. b. abt 1855 in TN, Eliza b. abt 1857 in TN, Columbus b.
abt Apr 1860 in TN. (from the 1860 Campbell Co., TN census [according to a
TNGENWEB query by Sarah Catherine (b. 29 Dec 1844) married
William H. Duff (b. 18 Jul 1837) on 22 Jan 1865 in Davidson Co., TN]

Franklin SMITH b. between 1810-1820 with a wife abt the same age had 3 male
children born between 1835 and 1840 and 1 female child born between 1830 and
1835. He was also a slave owner. (From the 1840 TN census)

Frederic SMITH was b. between 1810 and 1820. His Wife was between 15 and 20
years of age. They had two female children born between 1835 and 1840.
They also had another female living with them whose age was between 40 and
50. (From the 1840 TN census)

Frederick SMITH was b. between 1790 and 1800, his wife was born between
1800-1810. They had 1 male child b. between 1825 and 1830. (From the 1840 TN
census)

James SMITH b. abt 1827 in TN was married to Nancey ? who was b. abt 1824 in
TN. Children were Sarah b. abt 1849 in TN, Lea b. abt 1853 in TN, Ericas b.
abt 1855 in TN, Thomas b. abt 1859 in TN. (From the 1860 Campbell Co., TN
census)


James SMITH b. abt 1850 living in the house of Joseph and Elisabeth PAUL.

James SMITH b. abt 1805 in KY married to Nancey ? b. abt 1808 in KY.
Children were Alvin b. abt 1841 in KY, John b. abt 1846 in KY, Nancy b. abt
1848 in KY. (From the 1860 Campbell Co., TN census)

James SMITH b. 16 Mar 1805 in Whitley Co., KY, Died 10 Sep 1882. Was
married to Nancy Meadows who died at 75 years of age. They were Baptist and
came to Campbell Co., Tn abt 1858. They had 7 male children and 3 female
children, of which 3 males are stated. T. M. (Rev.) b. 22 Nov 1827 in
Whitley Co., KY and married 1st Charlotte Candell on 16 Feb 1848 in Campbell
Co., TN and Delphia Hackler on 16 Jan 1863 in Campbell Co., TN. A. J. b. 16
Feb 1832 in Campbell Co., TN who married Rachel Parks. A. W. b. 3 Feb 1841
in Whitley Co.,KY and married Cyntha Perkins in 1860 at Campbell Co., KY.

There are 8 more William Smiths but I have an appt to go to so will finish
