I understood the gist of this post, but since Campbell and many of the
surrounding counties were pro-Union, and since many of my ancestors of the
south fought for the Union, I don't think they or myself would support this
part of the statement:

If you believe in the ideas of self-determination, limited government and
believe that the men and women of the Confederacy were right in defending
these values as well as values such as honor, integrity and morality, then
write in your ethnic background as being SOUTHERNER.

It all sounded pretty good except that confederacy part.
