HOLT, LINUS L. - age 66, of LaFollette, passed away early Saturday morning at
the LaFollette Medical Center. He was formerly employed by the LaFollette
Housing Authority and a member of United Methodist Church in Clarksville,
Tenn. Preceded in death by: parents, Jesse L. and Zelma Cole Holt; and
brother, Orville Holt. Survivors: wife, Ilene (Cole) Holt, LaFollette;
brother, Orville Holt, San Jose, Calif. Funeral services will be conducted by
Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richland, Va., at a later date. Family will
receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Sunday at Cross Chapel. Arrangements by Cross
Funeral Home, LaFollette.
STEPHENS, RUTH S. - age 85, of Oak Ridge, passed away Saturday, February 6,
1999, at Oak Ridge Methodist Medical Center. The family will receive friends
from 6-8 p.m., Monday at McCarty-Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home. Funeral will
follow at 8 p.m., Monday at McCarty-Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home. Family and
friends will assemble at 10:45 a.m., Tuesday in Oak Ridge Memorial Park
Cemetery for an 11 a.m., interment service. Arrangements by McCarty-Martin Oak
Ridge Funeral Home, 1017 Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN.
