MARLOW, VICKIE RENEE - age 41, of Clinton, passed away Wednesday, May 27,
1998, in Clinton. She was born January 31, 1957, in Campbell County. She was
employed by Postal Distribution Center in Clinton. She was a 1975 graduate of
Clinton Senior High School. Survivors: parents, Tom and Betty Vowell Marlow,
Clinton; brother, Rick and Tinker Marlow, Clinton; several aunts, uncles,
cousins and a host of friends. The family will receive friends 7-8:30 p.m.
Friday, May 29, 1998, at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City with funeral
services following at 8:30 p.m. in the chapel with the Rev. George Miller
officiating. Interment will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 1998, at Oak
Grove Cemetery in Lake City. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home of Lake City in charge
of all arrangements.
TEAGUE, JOHN LLOYD - age 63, of Jacksboro, passed away Wednesday, May 27 at
the LaFollette Medical Center. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and
a US Army veteran. Preceded in death by parents, John and Bessie Teague; sons,
David Teague and Roger Teague. Survivors: wife, Bobbie Powers Teague,
Jacksboro; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Betty Teague, Evarts, Ky.;
grandsons, Johnathan David Teague, Jacksboro, Adam and Shane Teague, Evarts,
Ky.; brothers, Raymond Teague, LaFollette, James Teague, Sidney, Ohio, Samuel
Teague, Georgia, Billie Teague, Sidney, Ohio; sisters, Lucille King,
Harrogate, Tenn., Judy Powell, Tullahoma, Tenn., Frances Cobb, Frakes, Ky.,
Ellen King, Sidney, Ohio, June Hatfield, Frakes, Ky., Joy Coffee, Clairfield,
Tenn. Funeral services 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30 at Hillcrest Baptist Church,
Rev. Paul Heatherly officiating. Interment Campbell Memorial Gardens. Military
honors by Campbell County Honor Guard. The family will receive friends 6-9
p.m. Friday, May 29 at Cross Chapel. Arrangements by Cross Funeral Home.
