Subject: [TNCAMPBE-L] East Tennessee Historical Center Closed on April 24
Date: Tue, 21 Apr 1998 21:41:09 -0400
To genealogical and historical researchers:
This message is being sent as a reminder that the Knox County Public
Library System will be closed on Friday, April 24, for a staff training
day.
This means the following offices/facilities will be closed within the East
Tennessee Historical Center-- McClung Historical Collection and Knox County
Archives
The East Tennessee Historical Society and the ETHS Museum will be open from
10 am-4 pm on April 24. However, the main entrance to the historical
society's offices on Clinch Avenue will be closed because of the library
closing.
Visitors with business to conduct in the ETHS offices will need to check in
at the museum entrance on Market Street that day.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause. The East Tennessee Historical
Center will return to its regular schedule on Saturday, April 25.
Sincerely,
Shane S. Rhyne, Public Relations Coordinator
East Tennessee Historical Society
