FYI: Tombstone Transcription Project is not part of
Rootsweb (although they house our files), we are one
of the Special Projects of the USGenWeb.

Contributors decide what goes where -- they offer
their files to sites of their choosing, we cannot
'merge' files with someone else. Since you were not
specific about 'Smith Co. Volunteers' I don't know
where or what that site is ... part of USGenWeb? If
you give the url I'd have a better idea.

Again, we are contributor-driven and upload new files
when someone contributes to us.
