As long as they are a citizen then we have to guarantee the same civil
liberties. However, it should be admissable evidence if they are ever tried
for treason! Ha!
Failing to pledge allegiance really is the same as saying that you are not a
loyal citizen.

OK, brothers, just for fun, how about this thought I had reading this last
night. And I only place this out as a philosophical question not as an
opinion. If a person refuses to pledge allegiance to the standard that
represents the nation....should they be guaranteed the same national civil
liberties as a person who does pledge allegiance? The internal debate I
have had with this one is just marvelous...just thought I'd share. lol
