In today's who cares about what we say world I believe we have lost the
difference between "student" and "pupil" a student is one who studies out of
choice and a pupil is forced to study something.
Here in northern Utah, thank goodness I'll be in Tennessee next month, kids
go to school at *:30 and are home at 2"00 with lunch and recesses. How can we
say we are educating kids today. In fact most of the kids coming into school
in the greater Salt Lake area speak Spanish and not English.
