Gwen,
I have Oliver Steward and Rebecca Pendleton as the parents of William
and William Steward and Sarah Church of Stonington, Connecticut as William's
grandparents. I've been to Delaware County, Ohio and have mostly cemetery
information.
I'd be happy to share what I know. I have nothing on Solomon's brother
Ezra as yet. Some of Solomon's children moved to Perrysburg, Ohio. I've been
looking to see if any Steward surnamed males are still around from Solomon
Steward of Delaware County, Ohio. I just started checking into this as I
noticed DNA project going on for Stewart family. So far it looks like one died in
1989 in Wood County, Ohio. Thought I'd take a trip to the library to check out
some obits. Maybe we could find a donor.
I have a scan I will share of photo of Ruth Steward born September 02,
1823, d. February 28, 1892 if you are interested. She is the daughter of
Solomon Steward and Nancy White.
