Also from Vincennes University, Robert Stewart was b. Chester County, PA, the
son of Abraham and Mary Bayley. (Read email on Abraham Stewart.) He died
Wilkes County, GA, 1783. Married Martha Richardson. He lived in NC in 1758.
He moved from NC to Columbia County, GA.

His children were
1.Alexander Stewart b. Chester County, PA. M. 1759 Elizabeth Pike b. 1737 in
VA
Their children were Robert b. 1760; John b. 1762; Henry b. 1766, and
others
2.Jehu Stewart b. Aug. 8, 1740, Chester County d. 1827, Deep River, NC
Married Sarah Stanley, daughter of Thomas Stanley
Their children were Robert b. 1766 m. 1783 Martha Beeson, Daughter of
Isaac
and Phoebe Stroud Beeson; John Stewart, Amos Stewart who married
Matilda Hadley; Sarah Stewart who m. 1789 Hezekiah Ham, and Meriam Stewart
who m. David Beard.
