Hi John,

I read your message re S. Stewart, and wondered if it could be Soloman
Stewart. Do you know if he was originally in NC. I have a Soloman b abt 1783
and was m to Sarah Hogan. He was son of Charles Stewart and Elizabeth
Clements. I know of seven children of Charles and Eliz: Johanna b 1777 m
Walter Harkins, Charles b 1779 m Sarah Mathis, William b 1781 m Mary (Polly)
Hogan, Soloman b 1783 m Sarah Hogan, Reuben b 1785 m Elizabeth McConnell,
Larkin b 1787 m Martha Parker, Benjamin b 1789 m Nancy Pullun.

Many of the names in your email are some of the same as mine. I also have
Alexander, George, William, Martha, Sarah Adeline, Elizabeth, Lucy, John,
Samuel, etc. I know, too, that some of them left NC and went other places.
There could be a connection, or maybe not.
