anyone with a scanner can create another photo, and a TIFF, GIF, JPG or
whatever, computer file from there. That file can be given to any photo
shop for enhanced photo work. Or the person with the scanner can use his /
her s/w to enhance the computer file. Does something like this do the
job,or is Dot looking for something else?
