Cyndie, Have you looked at the Duncan Stewart family to see if your Daniel might fit there? There are a lot of references to that line on the web and I believe that it is a very clear line to Scotland.

Hi all,
It has been a while since I posted my request for information I think. I been very busy with other lines. My puzzle is Daniel STEWART possibly born @ 1636 and died in Martha's Vineyard 1703. Daniel is first known to me in 1662 in Barnstable, MA when he purchased land. I am still looking for information leading back to Scotland.
