I recently acquired this information:

Robert Stewart, 155 Polmadie St., Glasgow age 27
married May 14, 1908
Ellen Izzatt DICK of 484 Calder St., Glasgow. age 24
Ceremony at St. Margaret's Parish Church, Polmadie, Glasgow(Govanhill
District)
after Publication according to the Forms of the Church of Scotland.
Robert is noted as 'Bachelor' employed as a Paper Cutter.
Ellen(Her actual birth name was Helen), 'Spinster' employed as an Oat
Cake Baker.
Robert's family lived in Hillhead, Glasgow so I suppose he was lodging at
the address given.
Robert's age may have been older than stated and I don't know if data as
this was checked in those days.
