Margaret Stewart (B: 1805 (t.s) or c. 1979 - D: 5/18/1873) married Andrew Lattimore (B: 1805 (t.s) or 1795 - D: 4/22/1879). Both were born in Ireland and settled in Queensbury, New York - USA in 1850.

COUNTY OF LONDONDERRY 1831 CENSUS

There is a strong connection between the Lattimore and Stewart lines - I looked for the Lattimore surname in County Londonderry and traced the Stewart connection with the name. I found two counties that could possibly be my connection (Desertmartin & Moneymore) The strongest of the two is Desertmartin (including the Towland of Cranny and the Townland of Lecumpher)

TOWN OF CRANNY

Lydia or Andrew (?) Lattimore - house 25: 1 family with 4 males & 5 females - Presbyterian. (First name is hard to read)

Robert Lattimore-house 26: 1 family with 4 males & 4 females - Presbyterian

NOTE: No Stewart families listed close to the Lattimore families

TOWN OF LECUMPHER:

Andrew Stewart-house 20 - 1 male in HH - Presbyterian

Isabella Stewart-house 22 - 2 females - Presbyterian

Jeb Stewart - house 23 - 1 family 4 males & 8 females - Presbyterian

Robert Lattimore-house 24 - 1 family 4 males & 2 females - Presbyterian

Andrew Lattimore - house 25 - 1 family 1 male & 4 females - Presbyterian

John Lattimore-house 26 - 1 family 3 males & 3 females - Presbyterian

M. Anna Lattimore-house 28 - 1 family - 1 female - Presbyterian

NOTE: More Lattimore & Stewart families living closely together.

LONDONDERRY BIRTHS PRIOR TO 1850

A search of the database was conducted for the births of any children born to a father Andrew Lattimore - (mother names were not recorded)

Priscella of Andrew Latttimer of Cranny

Born 2/22/1828, baptized 4/28/1828 in First Moneymore Presbyterian Church

Elizabeth of Andrew Latimer of Cranny

Born 4/22/1831, Baptized 10/3/1831 in First Moneymore Presbyterian Church

At this time, I cannot connect these children to my Andrew Lattimore.
