I am looking for information about Hedgeman Triplett of Mason county KY
and his wife Catherine Calvert. Their daughter Elizabeth married my John
Shotwell Stewart in 1844 in Mason county, KY. They moved to Lafayette
MO, where she died in 1854 along with their son John W. H. Her sister
Mary also died in Lafayette in 1853.

Can anyone enlighten me on the ancestry of this Hedgeman Triplett? I
have very few leads on the father of John Shotwell Stewart, and so am
hopeful that Hedgeman can lead me to some information. Where was
Hedgeman born, married and where did he die? Where did he go after 1820,
the last census he is listed for in Mason KY? Are there any other
Stewart connections in the Triplett family?
