Has anyone run across a Granville Stewart/Stuart after 1850 with some
children born in VA/WV??

I don't have a Granville Stewart that matches yours, but I do have a Charles
Granville Stewart b 1822 in Rankin Co., MS. Father's name Charles Eli
Stewart who evidently died early in life, perhaps before 1840. I have been
looking for Charles Eli backwards for quite a while now...Can't seem to find
out any information on him before the birth of the son Charles Granville. I
am hoping that somehow there might be a connection with your Stewarts and
mine. Any addition information from anyone would be MUCH appreciated!
