Hi Gay,

I wouldn't be able to tell you that, but it sounds well worth
investigating. Both Cape Fear and New Bern are in the indexes to the
SCM on multiple pages -- see <http://users.hol.gr/~mkyitsi/>;. See also
the page link on there that will give you the names of libraries all
over the country that carry the whole run of the Magazine, and there are
countless more that have partial runs.
