Hi Beverly,
One point about the 1830 census: if David were still foreign, they all
would have been, even his wife born in KY if he married her before
becoming naturalized. In those days US wives lost their citizenship if
they married a foreigner, but would have got it back when the husband
was naturalized, along with all the children.
