I have noticed a lot of returned and undeliverable mail recently, especially
from yahoo.com and juno.com accounts. Often the error message reads "user
over limit."

Many service providers, especially the "free" ones, impose limits on the
number of unread messages you can have waiting in your mailbox. They return
all messages above the limit.

Check your e-mail frequently so you don't miss anything.
