Dear STEWART-L Regulars,

Hi. I'm new to this list, and a proud descendent of Anna STEWART and Duncan
McLAREN, my gg-grandparents. Their daughter Agnes McLAREN, born 2 February
1867 (in Drymen, Stirlingshire, and possibly living in Aberfoyle,
Perthshire), married Patrick MARTIN (of East Lothian County, formerly
Haddingtonshire) in 1889 at Fife I believe, - and of their children, James
MARTIN, John P. MARTIN, Francis Reynolds MARTIN, and Anna Stewart MARTIN,
the eldest boys had apprenticeships as Gardeners at the Palace in Falkland,
Fife County (Kingdom of Fife), working for a STEWART family there.

Is this ringing any bells with some kind soul out there in Scotland or the
Scots diaspora? Please let me know, I'd love to hear from you.

Best regards,

Bill Martin
