I am trying to find out what happened to my ggrandparents, Alexander
Campbell Stewart and Annie Inglis Stewart. They put my grandmother,
Margaret Cecelia in a boarding school for the blind in Antigonish NS and
apparently had a son that either was put up for adoption or something.
Both ggrandparents were born in Antigonish, NS with Alexander's parents
coming from Scotland.
My grandmother died in 1941, she was born about 1887. Alexander was born
in 1839 but I have no date of death on him. He was married to Annie
Inglis and I have no pertinent info on her.
They seem to have just fell off the earth, along with their son. I never
knew my grandmotehr and my father didn't even know she had had a
brother. I asked an uncle what happened to them and was told "they died"
duhhhhhhhhhhh so, so much for that source.
I hope someone can help me.
