I have Jave enabled and there is a lot of Java on that web page. I also
think that none of the older browser support Java properly and that is
probably the real cause of the problem. I am also running NT and
Navagator 4.5. I have Explorer 5.0 beta on my system and it can handle
the URL. That page has a lot of graphics and stuff built into it.

I don't have any idea what I have added that makes the difference;
however if you take all of the "I am's", one of them lets me look at
that page.
