It's been a few months since I posted a query so I thought I would try again
...

I am looking for information on James Jonathan STEWART b 1833 Crawfordsville
Indiana...married Mary ALBERSON (daug of Elizabeth WILCOX) also b 1833
Crawfordsville and had the following children:

Samuel Matthew b 1856
Maria Eliza Rosetta (Ida) b 1858 m John D WEAVER
Elizabeth Sarah Ellen b 1861 m Milton T EADES
Albert Jefferson Valendinghorn n 1863
Emma Josephine b 1866
Andrew Johnson b 1866 (Emmas twin) m Esther EILENSTEIN
Edward Newton b 1868 m Martha SING
Charley Franklin b 1875
and a baby name unknown

After Mary's death the family moved near Delto, MO....they built and operated
a mill and they owned and operated the general store.

He married Mary Jame (In some records Mary J., Jame, Jane, or Mary Jane)
WILSON (or WILSSON) and had five more daughters in MO...

Bertha b 1884 m Lewis Edward LAYMAN
Minnie Alice m Thomas A KINCHELOE
Clara Jame m Florisco EILENSTEIN
Laura Ona m Bernard BARNETT
Lucy Margaret died in infancy

after Mary Jame's death he married Amanda GRIGSBY no known children.

Many are buried in Stewart Cemetary near the old store in Delto MO.

My line is through his second wife Mary Jame Wilson and would love to know
anything about James and his family of origin.
