I have a partial copy of a will index for "Indiana Wills - Phase II
1851-1880", on which a John Stewart is mentioned. Apparently there is an 1857
will for John in Clark county, Book D, page 208. Well, before I go on the
great adventure of communicating with the Clark co, IN courthouse clerks (
very nice people, but I always seem to catch a rookie covering for someone on
vacation, or get involved with the lost/not lost/never existed/used-to-be
book). Anyway, if anyone out there happens to know who this John Stewart is,
or has seen the will, please e-mail. I only am trying to find the names of
the spouse and children. Thanks.
