I save all of my data to floppies. I have one for each surname, and a few
others for sources, methods, and misc. files

After I have PAF "Print to disc file" on the A drive, I go to Word for Windows
3.1 and open the file. There is always a little clutter of formatting comands
which Word can not read. I delete these and put the file back on floppy
under the same name. I also put it on the Clipboard.

I then open the "new" file for outgoing Email and write a few comments if I
feel like it. I use CTRL-V to call up the clipboard file to the Email message.
