A sincere THANK YOU for your thoughtful letter and ancestry of
Margaret Stewart You must forgive me for not getting back to you sooner.
I must admit, your description of me, gave me a chuckle. All you know of
me are the few e-mails I have submitted to . You
called me "Naughty". I appreciate the need for oversight on this list
but to call me Naughty simply because I offer information different then
yours, is troubling to me. You questioned me giving Margaret Stewart the
title of "Lady" and you commented "(where did you get Stuart)".
I provide the following reference:

"Lady Margaret Stuart m 1564 to Rev. John Knox 1505-1572 when she
was 16 yrs old. After the death of Rev john Knox she married in 1574 to
Andrew Ker, of Fawdonside who died 1599."

(Leo note "no SIR" and Andrew "Ker" with one r )

"Lady Margaret Stuart (or Stewart), was the youngest d/o Andrew
Sruart 1523-1592, sd Lord Orchiltree, "The Good" and his wife, Agnes,
d/o John Cunningham."

(note "Lady" Margaret and "Stuart (or Stewart)")
