Am trying to identify parents of Rachel Steward supposedly born in Bennington,
Vt. 14 Apr. 1799. What DAR records say. She married Hiram Warren of Aurora,
Erie Co., N. Y. 1820. They moved to Will County, Ill. 1833 where my great
grandmother was born. Rachel's brother Peter moved there same time, Will
Co.1850 Census records indicate that he was born in New York 1810 married
Louisa and had children Evretta, Riley, Elizabeth, Peter, Nathan Melissa,
Sophia. A numbers of families moved there same time--Swift, Godfrey, Sprague.
