Hi, Mary. You've helped so many people on the Stewart Mailing List that
I thought maybe you could help me if you have time.
I've been searching for David Stewart, who appears on the 1850 Davis
County, Iowa census with his family - wife Susan; children Eliza; William
A,; Rebecca Clarissa (my ggrandmother); Harvey C.; Margaret P.; and
Joseph D.
David's age indicated he was born 1795 to 1797, in NC. All the children
were noted as born in Tenn.
I haven't seen anything on the Stewart Mailing List that is a fit.
Today's Digest had a David Stewart, but from PA and the time frames are a
little off. Is there any mention of David Stewart in NC in the Stewart
Clan Magazines?
Thanks so much - any info would be greatly appreciated, and I will
happily share anything I have on my Rebecca Clarissa Stewart descendants.
