I have a Stewart family in Alabama and though mine were in Perry County, I
came across some in Bibb. These came from a book called
Pioneers and Residents of West Central Alabama Prior to the Civil War

George STEWART b, 1817 GA d. 1900 Bibb, AL
md. Elizabeth J. ?
children: John M., Mary

Levin STEWART b. 1813 GA
d. in Civil War
living in Bibb Co in 1850 with George STEWART above
md. Mary Jane SMITH
one child: Nancy Jane STEWART
