Kathleen,

I have heard before the reference to Henry Steward buried at Lancaster,
AR, as "Louisiana Henry". Because of that reference I believe Henry and
his first wife, Fanny E. are my GG-grandparents. I have been searching
a long time trying to prove that fact. My G-Grandmother, Pheobe Lenora
Steward, was born in Louisiana in 1856, but her family was reported by
family members to be in the Shreveport area AND in Crawford Co., AR. She
married 2nd James J. Sprinkle from Crawford Co., AR. At the time of her
death while visiting in OK, she had been living in California. I
understand her family was from Scotland>NY>CT>AR. Do you know if this is
the actual migration pattern?
