Norman, I've done indexes of the whole series, but at the moment they are
too unwieldy to print up. I've indexed places, spouses and the forenames of
all Stewarts. Be glad to do lookups if given enough information, but of
course not ALL the Stewarts in America are in there! (Mine aren't!)
