Am searching for parentage of JAMES STEWART b1775-d1821. He lived in
Robeson County, NC. He is buried in Stewartsville Cem. He was a Member
of NC Legislature and also a US Representative from NC. He married
MARGARET MCEACHIN , daughter of PATRICK MCEACHIN and MARY FAIRLY. The
Bible records say he was from the HOUSE OF STEWARTS, whatever that
means. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
