All of the AB has been in on this tiring discussion on this hosting
agreement. We have picked it apart over and over and over. I will say that
the AB has been working as a team and all focused in the same direction,
something that is acceptable to the membership of this organization. Since
it is confidential per TGN's request, what can we say? Speaking for myself,
I am sick of the same stuff over and over and the waiting period to get
answers. I am an inpatient person, I want things done now and out of the
way.

I thru my fit about the banner a long time ago and I say "let's get the hell
out of Dodge" and leave the dust trail behind. We have been on a downhill
course since the transfer of ownership. No one gives something for nothing,
not a corporation, that is out to make money.

They hand us a full hosting agreement in full legal language. Does the AB
have an attorney sitting on the board...the answer is "No" Heck, half of it
we have to take piece by piece to even know what they are talking about.
Any one know of an attorney among the members who gives away free time to
fight a corporation? I will say again.. "nothing comes free".. we can't
even hire an attorney to represent us.

We are just every day people who love genealogy and want to help others and
love what we are doing. We are not here to fight legal wars.. we just want
to get on with what we want to do.

My main concern is keeping the membership informed as your questions are the
ones that we represent you for. If we don't hear anything, they we can only
assume that all is well that ends well. If that pot is stirred and in the
vapors of steam there comes discontent from the members then that is what we
have to keep in mind when we make a decision.

AZGenWeb has moved to its own server and now the county sites are moving to
the server. Our state has responded almost in full. With this Exodus I can
only represent my states as they want out. Colorado is working in the
direction of moving. We have several servers that we can move too. If a
state wants to stay on RW that is their choice. We are taking our
information and leaving lock stock and barrel.

I will make the first donation for server space of $100.00. Just tell me
where to send it and let me know it is being used for what I sent it for.
And, if needed I will collect the donations for a server.
